JAZZ

The Jazz space.

A whole world full of wonderful sound colors.

A world of magic and freedom.

Like all musical idioms, Jazz is also

it is a " language " with its own rules and vocabulary.

But a language that is easily deconstructed by the experienced teacher

in order to be understood by the student.

In the JAZZ module the student is taught all stages of development

of this music. Starting from its origins in

first half of the 20th century, explores in a unique way

the harmony and phraseology of every era up to the present day.

The harmonic sequence with chord progressions, arpeggios, basic

jazz blues forms, rhythm changes, AABA jazz standards, and more,

are analyzed and studied methodically and easily

through specially selected auditory examples.

The student fully assimilates the forms of Jazz on the instrument

and exploits the material of the unit to develop

his improvisation and rhythmic accompaniment,

main characteristics of Jazz music.
